Without A Voice, Inc./ Project-WAV (“WE”, “OUR” OR “US”) respects the privacy of its members, donors and supporters (“YOU”) and is committed to protecting personal or otherwise sensitive information provided to us. Without A Voice, Inc./ Project-WAV does not sell, trade or share donor or supporter information or mailing lists with any organizations or third parties.
Third Party
We use third parties such as online scheduling and payment processors to bill you for goods and services. These third parties are committed to privacy and are only authorized to us your personal information to provide these services to us and are prohibited from using your personal information for promotional purposes.
Online Scheduling
Our online scheduling is provided by a third party vendor not owned by, or affiliated with, Without A Voice, Inc./ Project-WAV. VCita provides us with a technological platform on which we proactively interact with you and it is governed by The EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks and they are committed to comply with these requirements and the commitment is enforceable under U.S. Law.
Online Donations
Online donations are processed through a secure server operated by PayPal, a third-party vendor not owned by, or affiliated with, Without A Voice, Inc./ Project-WAV. Information provided by a donor through the online donation form will be accessible to PayPal in order to complete the transaction and, as indicated in PayPal’s privacy policy, is retained only as long as needed by PayPal to process the gift. PayPal states that it does not sell, trade or share personal or credit card information with any other third party. Privacy Preferences
Without A Voice, Inc./Project-WAV reserves the right to send updates, newsletters, and donation solicitations (“Communications”) via email or mailing addresses provided by a donor or supporter through our email sign-up sheet unless specific preferences are otherwise noted.
Donors and supporters may change their communication preferences at any time, including by opting out of future Communications or by having their personal information deleted from our database.
